REVIEW: Geek Bar Burj 80K Disposable

If you’ve been following the disposable vape scene for any amount of time, you know that Geek Bar doesn’t really do “ordinary.” The Pulse and Pulse X set a ridiculously high bar, pun intended,  and now Geek Bar is swinging even bigger with their latest release’ the Geek Bar Burj 80K Disposable. Named after the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, this thing is gunning for the top of the disposable vape game. So does it earn that name? We put it through its paces, and here’s our honest take.

 

 

Let’s start with the elephant in the room, the design. The moment you pull the Burj 80K out of the box, you’re probably going to do a double take. This thing looks nothing like a typical disposable. It’s chunkier, longer, sleeker, and honestly feels more like a decoration rather than something you’d toss when it runs out.

The centerpiece is the cylindrical display screen, which shows your battery level and current output mode at a glance. For a device designed to last you weeks, this is a game-changer. No more guessing whether that faint draw means you’re almost out or if the battery is just having a bad day. You always know exactly where you stand.

That 25mL of e-liquid and 1500mAh battery are legitimately impressive numbers. Most high-puff disposables try to hit big counts with thin liquids and modest batteries; the Burj 80K is actually built to back its claims with real capacity.

 

 

This is honestly one of our favorite things about the Burj 80K. Having three distinct power modes isn’t just a gimmick, they feel genuinely different from each other, and each has a real use case.

ECO Mode is where you’ll squeeze out the maximum 80K puff count. The draw is lighter, the vapor is cooler, and the device sips on both battery and e-liquid conservatively. It’s perfect for casual, throughout-the-day vaping when you just want something smooth and long-lasting.

Regular Mode hits the sweet spot for most vapers. Flavor is richer and more present, the draw is satisfying without being overwhelming, and battery life is still very respectable. This is probably where you’ll spend most of your time. 

Pulse Mode is where the Burj 80K really shows off. At 40W output, this mode cranks up vapor density, warmth, and cloud production significantly. The difference between Normal and Pulse is immediately noticeable. It’s the mode to reach for when you want that hookah-session feeling. Fair warning though: Pulse Mode does run through your battery and e-liquid faster, so just keep that in mind.

 

 

Geek Bar has always prioritized flavor consistency, and the Burj 80K continues that tradition. From the very first hit, the flavor is bold and vibrant. What makes this device particularly impressive is how well it maintains that quality over time. Many high-capacity disposables start strong but fade as the e-liquid runs low. The Burj 80K stays consistent throughout.

 

The device launched with a lineup of flavors tailored to the hookah-style experience. A few highlights plus the other seven are worth trying:

• Mango  - Tropical and layered, this flavor absolutely shines in Pulse Mode. The warmth of the coil brings out the mango while the peach adds a juicy sweetness.

• Double Apple -  A nod to traditional shisha culture. If you’ve ever enjoyed hookah, this one will feel familiar and satisfying.

The 0.4ohm dual mesh coil does a lot of the heavy lifting here. It heats e-liquid evenly and efficiently, which directly translates to that consistent flavor experience across all three modes. 

 

 

Let’s be real for a second; “80,000 puffs” is a marketing number, and actual results will vary based on how long your draws are, which mode you’re using, and how frequently you vape throughout the day. That’s just the truth with any high-puff disposable.

That said, the 1500mAh rechargeable battery and 25mL of e-liquid are legitimate specs, and the USB-C fast charging means you won’t be waiting around when the battery dips. Heavy vapers primarily using Pulse Mode should still expect seriously long-lasting use before needing a replacement. Just don’t hold the number 80,000 to ECO Mode puff standards if you’re blasting Pulse all day.

The smart display making batter and juice levels visible at all times genuinely helps here. You can plan your recharges, avoid getting caught off-guard, and make smarter choices about when to dip in Pulse Mode vs. keeping it on ECO.

 

 

No device is perfect, and we want to keep it real with you:

• It’s bigger than your average disposable. That extra size is the tradeoff for everything inside it. If you’re used to a slim stick device, this is a meaningful size upgrade.
• Pulse Mode speeds things up. In terms of draining the batter and e-liquid. Use it when you want it, not as your everyday default.
• Puff counts are estimates. Real-world numbers depend on your habits. Think of 80K as the ceiling, not the guarantee.

 

 

The Geek Bar Burj 80K is one of the most ambitious disposable vapes on the market right now, and for the most part, it backs up that ambition with real performance. The design is genuinely premium, the flavor is consistently excellent, and the three-mode system gives you a level of control you just don’t get from most disposables.
