Exceeded expectations once again thanks to the HB crew.
"I have read a lot of bad reviews regarding the HB Pro on here, and many people saying they think the original is better - this had me severely doubting whether or not to purchase one for quite some time, but I finally buckled and grabbed one - and I'm so glad I didn't let the haters turn me off on this product. . . The Badger is back, and better than ever, in my opinion. It does have some minor design flaws - the screen can be awkward for some people to navigate during mid-hit without accidentally hitting the touch screen. . I know this because I've witnessed it with friends, but personally I haven't had any issues with it. The screen is all the way up at the upper-top 1/3rd of the device when smoking actively, and I don't see how or why anyone would hold the device there in the first place, as I've always held the device closer to the bottom, like you would with a pencil when writing. The new material is also hated by some because they complain of it feeling cheaply made, but I've seen nothing so far that verifies this complaint. The device i still made of a sturdy metal body same as before, but they used a lighter metal which knocks off some of the extra weight that the original had - it's remained just as durable, however. . plus the glossy steel finish is beautiful! The new tip is a welcome addition, which is shorter and easier to clean, with zero exposed circuits to avoid during cleaning. The variable temperature is also something I've been waiting for for years and years and glad they finally implemented it! The low temp is on point, similar to the low temp from the OG, medium setting is perfection for most use cases, and the high temp well exceeds temps of the high temp tip from the OG. Pair this all with the new type c charging capability, my only regret was not ordering it sooner. . . Shipping was fast and simple, and you can't beat Element's price on just about anything they offer. If you're considering it, don't hesitate - you won't regret it!"
