The SMOK ARCO MAX Pod Kit is designed to handle both MTL and light RDL vaping styles, offering a versatile setup with adjustable airflow and multiple pod resistance options. Its internal SmartChip 3.0 works in the background to fine-tune output based on the installed pod, while a large display keeps essential information clear and accessible. 

The SMOK ARCO MAX measures approximately 4.43 inches by 1.02 inches by 0.68 inches and weighs 74 grams, making it slim and light without feeling fragile. It uses the SmartChip 3.0 system, which automatically detects coil resistance and optimizes power output. Airflow can be controlled via a stepless slider, allowing fine adjustments between a tighter MTL draw and a looser light RDL pull.

For safety, the device includes an 8-second cut-off, low voltage protection, puff recognition, short circuit protection, and over-heating prevention. These welcome features make it suitable for regular daily use without constant monitoring.

With a built-in 1300mAh rechargeable battery, the SMOK ARCO MAX can last multiple days for moderate users. USB-C charging replenishes the battery in roughly one hour, making it convenient for quick top-ups during the day.

The ARCO MAX uses SMOK ARCO replacement pods with integrated mesh coils. The kit includes two pod options, 0.6ohm and 0.8ohm, while additional 0.4ohm and 1.1ohm versions are available separately. Each pod holds 2mL of e-liquid, fills from the side, and connects magnetically. An additional e-liquid conduction layer at the pod base reduces the chance of leaking, which is a practical upgrade from many similar systems.

The device supports both draw-activated and button-activated firing, letting users choose their preferred operation style.
