"The device is smooth the few times it actually hits. Most of the time I get the 4 flashes meaning there is a voltage shortage. I have cleaned out the inside and the bottom of the pod multiple times to no avail. There are few times it will work but will almost immediately return to the four flashes. I suppose this one is a dud. Could be a leaky pod but also one of the two bronze prongs gets stuck consistently so that may be a problem with the actual device itself as well. Nevertheless I will be warranting it and hope the next one is not as bad."
