Great product, and otherwise HORRIBLE company and service.
"I've had so many issues with this company since they stopped being customer-centric and stopped replying to customers altogether, no matter what the issue is, and no matter how much EV is responsible to reconcile and needed to resolve it, even when in a legally obligated way.
The only way I've ever gotten anything somewhat resolved was either disputing incorrect products sent with my bank, or with Sezzle, because this company won't reply to me about anything, and it didn't used to be that way. Its customer service just began becoming totally inhumane and impossible-to-reach, around the end of 2022. Wrong items sent? Too bad. Item won't deliver? Too bad. Item irresponsibly delivered to the wrong person, despite ID and signature and name on package not matching the person to whom their BetterTrucks service handed your products (including to entirely random strangers that don't even live in my building)? Too bad. Element Vape will NOT help. They are insistent upon it. By my experiences, I guarantee horrible outcome if anyone tries to contact via contact-us forms, and horrible outcome if emailing customer support directly. And by "horrible," I mean "total absence of."
The only thing this site seems to be able to reliably do in a way that the customer can still trust with any sense of foreseeably guaranteed outcome (of getting what they purchased, without ridiculous issues along the way...to none of which issues does EV reply), is buying glass 420 products (not e-liquids or devices used for e-liquids).
Only since:
1. they use USPS with glass 420 gear, instead of the idiotically incompetent and similarly unfathomably unreachable / absent customer service from other shipping services they use (like the ironically named "Bettertrucks" service used in the midwest for such Nic vape product delivery),
and,
2. to guarantee the aforementioned point #1, one must use Route Shipping to ensure products are delivered as promised (reliably and consistently with any sense of a guarantee that money can be returned if not), along with Sezzle, to have a reliable way to have SOMEONE or SOME SERVICE to be able to contact this site's staff, which takes forever, and in my historical scenarios has even resulted in EV returning the returns back to my address, twice, returned to sender, when they themselves sent the packing label. Their address they print on return labels isn't real. Consistently sending false addresses.
So, basically, one must use Route (for insurance) and Sezzle (or have a good bank that is willing to deal with fraud), because nothing is guaranteed. And USPS (so glass only) is the only reliable service. IF you need to return something, good luck. It took 4 months of Sezzle trying to get in touch with them, to finally get a refund. And with my products anyway, because they kept returning the products to me, when they were returns shipped with their very own assigned label, twice. This company is shamelessly bad. There is a total absence of customer service, despite all indicators to the contrary in writing in their emails and on the site.
However this is a nice piece, and I felt safe buying it, because I learned this about 420 products being delivered with USPS (albeit clearly there is no signature needed, since there was no indication of such on the package or the tracking, and no one had to sign for it at all, so...I guess they don't care about age, kids!), and only USPS, and used Route shipping protection and Sezzle to be a liaison to hold this company responsible for their errors or absence of customer service, just in case.
In order to do such, I bought it without buying any nicotine related products, because the product received is consistently utterly unpredictable compared with the product advertised at all, from the point of sale / transaction (TFN? Synthetic? doesn't matter what is advertised -- they'll send the regular tobacco-derived nicotine kind anyway, because they think "nicsalt" and "synthetic nicotine" are synonymous, despite what is listed on the site).
Hence, great piece, tragic wasteland of what used to be a good company with at least somewhat competent shipping and somewhat present (and responsible) customer service -- none of which remain, especially not in a way that is by any means guaranteed.
Get shipping insurance. You'll likely need it.
Buy 420 products, only, because they deliver with USPS. But nicotine products (devices, accessories, juices, etc) not guaranteed, due to incompetency of shipping services that are used for Nic-related products."
