Poor customer service for defective product
"Great Vape have been ordering here for a few years no issues. My last order I had 2 Pink Lemonade Boulder 51k when I received both were duds, one the airflow sensor did not work so it was unusable and the other had a defective battery that was reading 100% but was dead. . . . . upon contacting customer service and explaining instead of being offered a replacement or refund or even store credit they give me dumb troubleshooting steps I already performed, then they want me to take videos of trying to take puffs off defective vapes this is crazy. . . . . . . poor service you should backup your products, at the very least look at your customers history and if they spend $1,000 every year with no returns or complaints maybe you should just take care of them"
